A letter sent to me from argentina didn't come yet? Please help me?...?

Someone has sent me a letter from Argentina.
I live in USA.
Its been over 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten it yet...
I'm getting worried...
I know he put the right address on it.
Everything is right.
He told me he didn't get anything back yet. So I know it went through.
Where could it be?
Anyone. Advice. Help. Would be lovely!!! Thank you.

Sometimes it can take that long to receive a letter from there. With all the budget cuts at the Postal service here in the U.S., what should have taken 2 weeks, now might take 3 or 4 weeks. Hope you get it soon!
