A friend sent me a letter but it didn't come yet? Please help?

A friend of mine in Argentina sent me a letter.
I live in usa.
I sent him letters and it got to him in 2 weeks.
Now he sent me a letter back, I still yet didn't get anything.
Its been over 3 weeks.
I'm kind of sad. He said that there was something in the letter,(I dont know what it is)
But this is how he put my address on the envelope.

This is correct for someone mailing me a letter from over seas right? Its just a regular letter...
Any help advice I would appreciate it.

It is sometimes possible for letters to get lost in the mail. I once received a paycheck two months late, along with an apology from the post office. You will receive your letter, don't worry.
